Good evening!. This week instead of the friday craft tutorial I wanted to talk about a topic I think interesting and I hope you find it interesting too. The weather in Valencia is a little bit bad today but I encourage you to enjoy this weekend. A hug and there it goes today's topic:

Trabajo
aspecto.
I work in an office which is in a building where there is an aesthetic clinic too. The other day when entering the hall of the building, on my way to my office, I met a woman with a bandage around her head, those bandages when you feel your teeth aching (from chin to forehead and down) and bruises all around her face. Obviously she was waiting for the aesthetic clinic to open. I was a little shocked by that woman even bearing in mind she had only some bruises so the operation should have been some time before but she shocked me. While I was going up in the lift to my office I was thinking will it be worth all the pain she had obviously gone through to have a younger face?. She had nice looks so I didn’t quite understand all the bad moments she surely had been through to have better looks. The same occurs with breast operations. I have also seen in the building hall women recently breast operated and you can imagine the pain face they have. But what for? Why so much pain? Just to have a better looks for “that moment boyfriend”? because we can get wrong. We don’t get dressed and made up for ourselves or get operated to see ourselves better, that’s not trueeee. We do it because we want friends, boyfriends or men in general see us with better looks and to reinforce our self esteem. I think beauty has become a fight against time for women, and that’s a battle lost beforehand. I’m not saying that one has to let oneself go, never, but buying a good facial cream and change the important thing, our attitude about beauty and not allowing ourselves to worry about what other people think about our own beauty. And not talking about the economic cost of such operations, although by seeing all the people going in and out of that clinic it seems they are free!. What do you think? Are you in favour or against? Would you get done any aesthetic operation? Have you already get it done?
